Ray-Ban has always been a strong supporter of local music and is proud of the Top Stage line-up this year. From visionary bands like Shortstraw and Red Huxley, to the iconic Arno Carstens hosting his Blind Tiger Sessions on Friday night at 11pm.
Following the success of Ray-Ban's ongoing events, #TuesdaysOnFire in Cape Town and #JoziOnFire in Joburg, Ray-Ban is also proud to present at the Top Stage the #KoppiOnFire sessions that will take place on Thursday and Friday afternoon featuring the best acts that have graced the stages of these events. Tecla Ciolfi, creator and curator of these two events and Deezer SA editor commented: "The Top Bar at Oppikoppi is the heart of the festival and I couldn't think of a better place to showcase the cream of our crop from these two popular events."
Following popularity from previous years there will be the Oppikoppi Tweetup and this time it will be on Friday from 2pm to 4pm at the Ray-Ban Top Stage. This provides the opportunity for all the Twitter friends to meet up in one central place and put a face to the handle.
