Requirements
- Diploma / NQF level 6 in Office Administration or relevant qualification
- 3-5 years experience as an executive assistant
- Experience working with finance departments, particularly in handling Purchase Orders (POs).
- Should be proficient in the MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, as the role involves supporting the Head of HR with diary management.
- Must have experience in making travel arrangements.
- Must be comfortable taking minutes and preparing Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
- Create and manage the calendar for the financial year.
- Schedule meetings in all relevant stakeholders' diaries and coordinate the logistics of the meetings, including catering, travel arrangements, accommodation etc.
- Assist line manager with the management of their diary and availability to attend meeting
- Manage routine office tasks such as administration, filing, invoicing, stationery and other day-to-day support services
- Escalate urgent matters to relevant stakeholders and follow-up to provide feedback to line manager
- Ensure that all clients are treated professionally and with courtesy
