Job description

Exhibitions and promotions:

Meet monthly and annual sales targets. 

Maintain client database. 

• Responsible for Exhibitions and in-centre advertising at Galleria Mall and Arbour Crossing Retail Centre
• Providing exhibitor information to security and management.
• Visiting other Centres and/or their websites.
• Contacting Promotional Companies.
• Relationship building with current tenants and exhibitors/advertisers.
• Sourcing and securing new exhibitors/advertiser - identify and contact potential clients. 
• Admin of sales and paperwork.
• submit weekly updates to the Marketing Manager
• Complete monthly reports
• Provide feedback from clients to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential clients.
• Maintain contact with existing and potential clients to promote sales.
• Walkabouts to monitor cleanliness of the mall and tenant shop fronts.

Sponsorship and Promotions:

• Securing sponsorship for events and promotions
• Securing monthly sponsorships for social media and in centre promotions. 
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants.

Social Media:

• Managing of mall’s social media 

• FB, Instagram and TikTokCanva knowledge

• Assisting with events and promotions sponsorship

General:
Overall assistance with mall events and promotions
