Who are we looking for

We’re looking for a Sales Manager ready to grow with us. Someone commercially sharp, confident, and driven to turn great brands into household names. You thrive in a fast-moving, challenger brand environment and know how to build relationships that last.

What will you do

You will be the force behind our growth in Gauteng, driving commercial expansion and leading sales for our portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Build, manage, and grow key trade, retail, and hospitality accounts.
  • Lead sales strategy and execution for existing and new brands.
  • Partner with distributors, franchise groups, and independents – hotels, restaurants, guesthouses, sports centres, corporates, and more – to maximise reach and visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing to activate campaigns and promotions that drive impact on shelf and in the streets.
  • Track performance, analyse data, and shape future growth strategy with the leadership team.
  • Lead and manage a sales team while executing with excellence.
What do you need


  • 5+ years of proven success in sales or business development (experience in on-trade or beverage sales is a huge plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive – comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Leadership ability to guide and manage a team effectively.
  • Valid driver’s licence, car, and willingness to travel.
  • Attention to detail with consistent weekly reporting.
