We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Digital DTP Designer to join our team. Role Overview

As a Digital DTP Designer, you will be responsible for transforming digital design concepts into final, platform-ready artwork. You will work closely with the creative and client service teams to prepare digital assets for social media, paid advertising, presentations, and more. This role requires is for a high performer that thrives in a fast-paced digital production work environment and consistently produces assets that are tailored to platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and format visually compelling digital assets.
  • Ensure all digital outputs align with brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Resize and adapt existing artwork into new formats based on platform specifications.
  • Prepare artwork according to specific digital channel requirements (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ensure correct dimensions, aspect ratios, resolution, and export settings for each platform.
  • Retouch, deep-etch, and enhance images for digital use.
  • Perform colour grading, cleanups, and digital optimisation techniques to maintain visual consistency.
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, strategists, and the Art Director to execute briefs accurately.
  • Implement feedback quickly and maintain high communication throughout each stage of production.
  • Support the creative team with digital versions of design concepts during campaigns.
  • Organise and maintain digital assets, ensuring easy access across teams.
  • Upload all project files on SharePoint and ensure they are well-labelled, and up to date.
  • Review all digital artwork for accuracy in spacing, legibility, colour, alignment, resolution, and platform compliance.
  • Perform thorough checks to ensure error-free deliverables before upload or distribution.
  • Assist the creative team with digital campaign rollouts by preparing final assets.Support internal teams with digital presentations, visual documentation, and updates to brand templates.


Requirements
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Desktop Publishing, or similar.
Experience: 2–5 years digital design, DTP, or digital production experience in an agency or digital-first environment.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), excellent understanding of digital layout, typography, and colour for screen.
Technology and Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Cloud, knowledge of digital specs across major platforms. Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably Monday.com
Advantageous: Experience with basic motion graphics (e.g., After Effects), simple video editing, or email layout (HTML basics).
Inherent: No criminal record.
Qualities: Exceptional attention to detail; strong time management; deadline-driven; ability to work under pressure;g ood communication skills; a collaborative mindset.
