Job description

Motsepe Advertising is a fast-scaling, storytelling-first creative agency working with leading local and global brands. We are looking for a sharp, hungry Sales & New Business Executive who is built to hunt, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.

This is a pure performance role. You will be measured on revenue, not activity.

Requirements

Key responsibilities: New Business and Sales (Primary Focus)
  • Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract

  • Convert leads into paying clients

  • Drive:

    • Meetings

    • Pitches

    • Proposals

    • Deal closures

  • Negotiate scopes, and commercial terms

  • Maintain a live, accurate sales pipeline

  • Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets


Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with marketing managers, founders, and decision-makers

  • Manage early-stage client relationships post-signing

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Represent Motsepe Advertising professionally at all times


Reporting and  Accountability
  • Weekly pipeline reporting

  • Monthly revenue forecasting

  • Deal tracking from lead → close

  • Conversion reporting


High activity without revenue is not considered performance.


Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years experience in agency, digital, marketing or B2B sales

  • Proven deal closure experience

  • Confident pitch and presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation & objection-handling ability

  • CRM / pipeline management experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Must be comfortable with direct leadership and performance accountability
