What You’ll Do

This isn’t a “sit back and wait” role. We need a doer. A driver. Someone who treats the business like their own.

You will:
  • Lead, motivate, and grow our sales team into a sharp, high-performing unit
  • Break into new categories & regions - think creatively, act boldly
  • Build genuine relationships with businesses across SA
  • Negotiate win-win deals that excite our customers
  • Coach & develop reps with clear KPIs, feedback, and ongoing support
  • Spot trends and opportunities before anyone else does
  • Design and refine sales processes to boost efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, ops, customer success)
  • Own the numbers - forecasts, reports, targets, growth plans

Basically: you’re the engine behind growth.

Who You Are

Industry experience in e-commerce, travel, hospitality, retail, digital marketplaces, or similar deal-driven spaces is a strong plus.
