Data Analytics Manager
Required is a dynamic and strategic
Data Analytics Manager to lead the Client Insights Division, driving meaningful business outcomes through advanced analytics, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional who excels in delivering impactful insights, guiding analytical teams, and strengthening data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
You will work closely with business leaders to shape product and operational strategies, manage a high-performing analytics team, and elevate the organisation’s analytical maturity through best practices, innovation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities: - Provide clear, actionable analytical insights to guide product and business strategy.
- Serve as both a hands-on contributor and a leader of cross-functional analytics efforts.
- Maintain high standards for analytical execution, operational support, and data visualisation.
- Influence critical decisions through meaningful data insights and proactive communication.
- Educate partners on analytics capabilities, ensuring they understand how to best utilise data-driven insights.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of the Data Analytics Life Cycle
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within and across teams.
- Establish robust testing and validation processes for analytical outputs to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Promote innovation, creative problem solving, and structured analytical thinking.
- Champion operational improvements and changes that elevate data maturity across the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree/ Masters in Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in a commercial analytics environment, with demonstrated value creation through data-driven decision-making
- Strong background in analytics, reporting, modelling, and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
- Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft, or Salesforce Data Cloud
- Proven leadership experience, including influencing senior stakeholders and guiding analytics teams
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Exposure to AutoML or low/no-code tools such as Power BI or AWS Sagemaker
- Experience in customer interaction analysis, UX evaluation, or behavioural insight generation
