Position SummaryWe are seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle incoming communications, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route phone calls, emails, and messages
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees (visitor badges, access cards, etc.)
Follow office security procedures and control access to the building
Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
