Brand & Marketing Manager - HNA
We’re looking for a motivated and creative individual who combines a passion for golf with strong marketing and brand development skills. This role will focus on strengthening HNA’s brand presence across digital platforms, communications, and partnerships, while helping to promote our growing range of golf-related products and services.
Role Overview:
The Brand and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support HNA’s business objectives and enhance brand awareness across the golfing community. The role involves managing campaigns, digital content, and communications across multiple channels, as well as coordinating sponsorship, promotional, and product initiatives.

You’ll work closely with our internal teams, golf unions, and partner organisations to ensure consistent, engaging messaging that reflects HNA’s leadership in golf technology and services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies to support growth and user engagement.

  • Manage digital marketing, including website updates, newsletters, and social media campaigns.

  • Oversee content creation – from writing and design coordination to multimedia storytelling.

  • Support product launches and help grow HNA’s suite of brand products and services.

  • Plan and coordinate sponsorships, events, and partnership activations.

  • Analyse marketing performance and provide regular reporting on reach, engagement, and ROI.

  • Ensure all brand materials maintain a consistent and professional identity.

  • Collaborate with external suppliers and creative agencies where needed.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of golf and the golf industry (essential).

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (email marketing, social media, analytics).

  • Familiarity with design tools or working with creative teams (e.g., Adobe, Canva).

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


Advantageous:
  • Previous experience in the sports, leisure, or golf industry.

  • Experience managing cross-platform marketing campaigns.

  • Interest in digital product growth and user engagement strategies.
