Role overview
The junior campaign manager supports campaign delivery across multiple digital platforms. You’ll assist with campaign builds, data collection, reporting, and QA, helping ensure every campaign launches smoothly and performs accurately.
This role is ideal for someone who’s data-driven, highly organised, and comfortable working in ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Google. You’ll be hands-on with both numbers and systems, building the foundations for a career in digital media performance.
Key responsibilities
Assist in campaign builds and setups across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Google Ads.
Support the compilation and delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and PCA performance reports.
Pull, clean, and consolidate performance data from various ad platforms and reporting tools.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
Use Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) to structure, analyse, and visualise campaign data.
Perform QA checks on campaign builds, creative setups, naming conventions, and tracking parameters.
Manage and update datasheets, campaign logs, and reporting templates.
Assist with ad hoc data and reporting requests from the Pod Manager or UK partner team.
Document and help refine internal reporting and delivery processes for efficiency.
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in a digital or media agency environment, working with paid media campaigns.
Familiarity with major ad platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, or Smartly).
Strong administrative and data-handling skills — accurate, process-oriented, and dependable.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, and data cleaning).
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Keen interest in digital media, data analysis, and performance marketing.
Nice to have
Experience pulling data from multiple ad platforms or dashboards.
Exposure to QA and campaign trafficking workflows.
Experience compiling visual or client-ready reports.
