CRM and Email Marketing Specialists
We help fast-growing brands build powerful connections with their audiences through high-impact email marketing and CRM. We’re now looking for talented copywriters across South Africa to join our growing international team.

What you’ll do
�� 60% – Create weekly campaigns for 3–4 client brands (always in collaboration with a teammate).
�� 20% – Build and optimize automations (SMS & Email).
�� 20% – Report on performance and suggest improvements.
You’ll have freedom to be creative: as long as you respect each brand’s DNA, originality is more than welcome!

Work setup
Freelance, full-remote – based anywhere in South Africa or in the world��
Flexible schedule – organize your day as you like. What matters is delivering emails that impress our clients ��

Who we’re looking for
Someone extremely rigorous. We value curiosity, intelligence, and the ability to learn quickly.
English – Essential, both for writing impactful emails and collaborating with clients across the USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and more.
Spanish - Essential for some of our clients, so can be a bonus

Recruitment process

�� Step 1: Call with our HR lead (30 minutes)
�� Step 2: Call with our head of operations (30 minutes).
�� Step 3: Call with our service manager (30 minutes).

Compensation: Indicative based on a 6-month project
