The Trust Administrator will provide administrative support to attorneys in managing trust-related matters. This role requires a professional individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fully digital environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in either legal or financial administration and the interpersonal skills to manage sensitive client interactions with compassion and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:- Manage and administer trust documentation and digital records.
- Process and maintain trust information using company’s bespoke software.
- Draft and prepare trust-related correspondence and documents.
- Liaise professionally with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Support attorneys with accurate and timely administrative tasks.
- Address client queries empathetically and manage difficult situations professionally.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in all administrative duties.
Qualifications and skills:Qualifications:- Matric (grade 12) essential.
- Further studies in legal administration, finance, or related field advantageous.
Skills:- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to learn and work on custom company software (training provided).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience:- Minimum 2–3 years’ administrative experience.
- Experience in a legal or financial environment highly beneficial.
