As the new World of Difference Travel Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating high-impact group travel experiences in Asia, Latin America, Europe and Africa.
You’ll work closely with participants, internal teams and conservation and community development partners to execute group trips with care and precision, taking ownership of all operational complexity, from contract to delivery, and fostering productive, long-term relationships along the way.

What you bring to the team- Tech-savvy, resourceful and proactive: You’re comfortable navigating digital tools and software, and you use them to work smarter - not just faster. You’re confident exploring features, learning as you go, and finding your way around before asking for help - because you see technology as a tool to help you succeed, not a hurdle to avoid.
- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English, with highly effective communication skills.

- Organised and self-motivated: Able to juggle multiple leads/accounts independently with consistent excellence.
Bonus points for:- Experience in relationship/account management, with a proven track record of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience on salesforce (not essential)
- Experience working with North America and EMEA markets.
- Background in the educational travel industry or as a travel consultant.
- International travel experience.

What you'll be doing- Champion client satisfaction: Become obsessed with the client experience, anticipating challenges and owning solutions to ensure every trip detail exceeds expectations.
- Cultivate lasting relationships: Build strong rapport to establish loyalty and ensure participants consider World of Difference a trusted partner.
- Masterful project coordination: Oversee the entire group travel process from contract to delivery, coordinating seamlessly with internal operations, sales, and business development teams.
- Bridge communications: Act as the vital link between our participants and internal departments, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
- Proactive problem solving: Anticipate client needs and address potential challenges proactively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Support growth and impact: Collaborate with sales and business development through offering tailored solutions and supporting new business meetings where required.
- Manage pre-departure support: Assist travellers with documentation collection, payment chasing, expectation management, and host engaging webinars.
