We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Guesthouse Administrator to lead the daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and uphold our standards of service and excellence.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the guesthouse including reservations, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Facilitate guest check-ins, check-outs, and respond to all guest queries in a professional manner.
  • Facilitate and support housekeeping and maintenance to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
  • Coordinate vendor services and manage supplier relationships.
  • Monitor booking platforms and update availability and pricing.
  • Handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Maintain stock levels of supplies and amenities.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality, hotel, or guesthouse management (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with booking systems (e.g. Booking.com) is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
  • Flexible and able to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional, hands-on, and committed to excellence.
  • Experience in marketing and tourism
