Are you a dedicated and experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? We’re looking for a warehouse supervisor to join our logistics team in Germiston. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in warehouse operations who is ready to step up and take ownership of team performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, and stock handling.
• Provide clear direction and oversight to general workers and warehouse assistants.
• Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies, client SOPs, and health & safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and assist with monthly stock takes and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Complete daily and shift-based documentation and escalate incidents where required

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a warehouse setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of stock control systems.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
