About the role

Kwantam is a global leader in high-quality LED display solutions. From large outdoor billboards to eye-catching retail and boardroom screens, we deliver digital displays that perform reliably in any setting. With a manufacturing base in Shenzhen and support teams worldwide, we design, build, and maintain LED systems that are built to last.

We work across many industries: exhibitions, retail, transport hubs, control centers, boardrooms, billboards to name a few, offering full support from design to installation and maintenance.

We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable LED Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll help grow sales and build strong client relationships. You’ll guide customers through their project needs, recommend the right solutions, and manage the process from first chat to final sale.

This role is perfect for someone who understands both the technical and visual side of LED and A/V display systems.

Key responsibilities:
  • Business development: Identify, pursue and secure business opportunities in the LED display market, strategically expanding business presence.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Sales targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives, driving overall business growth.
  • Industry expertise: Offer professional guidance and technical support to clients on LED display products, ensuring their needs are effectively met.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular sales activity reports, including updates on prospects and market trends.
  • Market research: Stay up to date with competitor activities and industry developments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the LED display & A/V solutions industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • A diploma/degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields and/or sales-specific certifications
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Results-driven mentality - A performance focused attitude with a commitment to exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Business development skills - Proven ability to identify market opportunities and successfully execute sales strategies.
