Job description

  • Develop PR strategies, organise PR campaigns/events and amplify existing PR campaigns
  • Prepare collateral and promotional material
  • Build, maintain and extend relationships with relevant stakeholders (i.e., real estate agents)
  • Draft presentations and reports, as required
  • Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested and required
  • Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts


Requirements

  • Proven record of 3-5 years as a PRO / Communications Officer
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • possess a "can do" attitude
  • takes responsibility and accountability for own work
  • excellent presentation skills
  • creative ability - Graphic design experience desirable
  • strong organisational skills
  • deadline driven
  • detail orientated
  • Valid Code 08 driver’s licence - (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
  • Must be flexible as majority of the events and functions, requiring the PRO’s attendance, occur after hours
