Job description

1.Client and Account Management

Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients across various industries.
Showcase the benefits and capabilities of pDOOH to marketers, buyers, agencies, and demand partners.

Provide tactical and strategic direction to agency and client teams, aligned with broader media strategies.
Develop and deliver innovative pDOOH solutions that integrate seamlessly into clients' broader marketing strategies.

Exceed both client and internal expectations by maintaining high-quality standards and service delivery.
Understand client businesses to proactively identify new opportunities and provide tailored, value-driven solutions.

Create compelling collateral, including product overviews, marketing campaigns, case studies, and thought-leadership content.
Leverage data analytics to optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for clients.

2. Partner Relationship Management

Clearly communicate strategic and operational requirements to partners and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with SSPs (Supply Side Platforms) and DSPs (Demand Side Platforms).

Proactively identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships, aligning with business objectives.
Continuously monitor and improve partner satisfaction through feedback loops and performance reviews.
Keep up to date with changes, new features, and enhancements in DSP and SSP platforms to leverage their capabilities.

Negotiate commercial terms and campaign optimization strategies with platform partners.
Facilitate internal communication between departments to resolve challenges and ensure successful campaign delivery.

3.Platform-Specific Campaign Management

Manage programmatic digital out-of-home (pDOOH) campaigns using advanced campaign management platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and high-quality execution across the digital network.

Leverage platform capabilities for audience segmentation, scheduling, and real-time analytics to drive campaign performance.
Deliver accurate, data-driven insights and reporting to clients, ensuring transparency and measurable outcomes.

Work with data and technical teams to ensure seamless platform integration and real-time reporting accuracy.
Oversee the approval and troubleshooting of campaigns and creatives within the platform.
Ensure precise tracking and reporting of all programmatic activities across platforms.

4.Reporting and Administration

Troubleshoot and approve programmatic campaigns, creative formats, and campaign mechanics.
Ensure accurate processing of all programmatic activity in collaboration with the Business Information Centre (BIC) and finance.
Maintain CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, accurate activity logs, and pipeline management with a focus on duplication avoidance.

Lead weekly CRM reviews, reporting campaign progress, highlighting key insights, and ensuring alignment with revenue growth targets.
Submit planned client visits and engagement schedules to the Executive Marketing and Marketing Services teams.
