The strategic implementation lead acts as the interpreter and activator of the CEO's vision, ideas, and client strategies. They translate big-picture strategic and creative outputs into clear internal action plans for the client service, traffic, and creative leads to action. They do not execute the work themselves but ensure the right work is briefed, tracked, and delivered, staying true to the CEO's strategic intent.
Key responsibilities
- Idea filtering and translation-capture and distill CEO's client discussions, big ideas, and initiatives into actionable internal briefs.
- Internal brief development-create clear, inspiring, and strategically aligned internal briefs for Client Service, Traffic, and Creative teams.
- Creative strategic integration-ensure that the Creative team understands the strategic context and brand voice, not just the task at hand.
- Team action coordination-collaborate daily with Traffic and Client Service to drive action, prioritize internal projects, and maintain project momentum.
- Quality oversight-review key deliverables against original brief intent, flagging strategic or creative misalignments early.
- Meeting output coordination-post-client or strategic meetings, document and immediately action outputs into clear deliverables.
- Momentum maintenance-energise internal teams around CEO-driven initiatives to keep creative and operational momentum high.
Key exclusions
- No HR, finance, IT, or facilities responsibilities
- No direct execution of creative/design/production work
- Not a traditional PA or general project traffic controller
- No direct retainer or client account management

- Reports directly to: CEO
- Works daily with: traffic manager, client service, creative leads
