We are looking for a friendly and outgoing in-store sales representative to join our team. As an in-store sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, assisting them with their purchase decisions, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. You will be working within our retail store environment, interacting with customers on a daily basis and promoting our products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Grade 12/N4 equivalent
• Willing to travel
