Role overview

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our copy team who lead the articulation of brand strategy into high-performance, conversion-driven content. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong conceptual ability, commercial awareness and a proven ability to craft compelling narratives across multiple platforms.

The senior copywriter will play a central role in shaping brand identities, developing campaign messaging, and ensuring consistency and excellence across all written collateral.

Core responsibilities

1. Brand creation and development
  • Lead the verbal identity development for new property and lifestyle brands.
  • Translate strategic positioning into distinctive tone of voice frameworks.
  • Develop naming, taglines,  brand narratives and campaign ideas.
  • Contribute to concept development in collaboration with design and strategy teams.
  • Ensure each project has a clearly defined messaging hierarchy aligned to target audience and commercial objectives.
2. Content creation

Produce high-quality, conversion-focused content across all stages of the buyer journey.

Typical outputs include:
  • Website copy
  • Blogs and mailers
  • Brochures and printed marketing collateral
  • Investor prospectuses and pitch decks
  • Social media content
  • Video scripts
  • Google and Meta copy
Key requirements:
  • Write with strategic intent, not just creative flair.
  • Adapt tone across multiple developments and audience types.
  • Apply SEO principles where required.
  • Maintain speed without compromising precision or quality.

3. Consistency across collateral
  • Ensure alignment between brand positioning and all outward-facing communication.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, terminology and messaging across platforms.
  • Develop and uphold brand messaging guidelines.
  • Safeguard brand integrity across campaign rollouts.
4. Copy editing 
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail by identifying and correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
  • Ensure all edited content aligns with the brand’s tone of voice, terminology, and internal style guidelines.
Required skills and experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional copywriting experience.
  • Experience in property, real estate, lifestyle or investment marketing advantageous.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand creation and long-form writing capability.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and campaign development skills.
  • High attention to detail and language precision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
