Mid - Senior Graphic Designer

Migration is looking for a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is for someone confident in their craft, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality work under pressure.

You’ll work across multiple projects at once, collaborate closely with the wider creative team, and help deliver polished design work to tight deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality advertising assets across digital and print
• Create visually compelling, on-brand pitch decks
• Work across campaigns and brand systems, ensuring consistency and craft
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Interpret briefs and translate ideas into strong visual outcomes
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• A strong background in advertising and pitch deck design
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Confident, collaborative, and detail-driven

• Motion design or basic animation skills
