Job descriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detailed-oriented Junior Financial Administrator to support the Finance office and procurement functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will assist with purchasing, suppliers coordinating, inventory tracking and other financial administrator.This position is ideal for a recent graduate or candidate starting a career in supply chain management. Key Responsibility - Assist with procurement and purchasing process. - Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries. - Maintain suppliers records and documentation. - Follow up with suppliers on orders and deliveries schedules. - Assist with quotations request and supplier comparisons. - Capturing quotes on pastel. - Resending invoices and follow up on payments. - Provide general financial administrative support.
