This role incorporates the support and maintenance of all communications infrastructure outside and within a barcoding, hardware, voice technology and printing services Group.
Responsibilities include: customer, desktop, mobile, printer and remote user desktop support, logging of faults, fault finding and customer liaison
  • Grade 12 plus N+ and A+ certification
  • Min 2 years IT support
  • Min 1 year experience in trouble shooting - desktop
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies and protocols
  • MS Windows
  • MS Office
  • Networking protocols
