Role overview

We’re looking for a talented mid-level Digital Designer who is confident in their craft and ready to grow into a senior role over time. This role is ideal for someone who already produces strong, strategic digital design work and wants to deepen their thinking, take more ownership, and contribute meaningfully across multiple brands.

You’ll work in a fast-paced agency environment, collaborating closely with strategy, social, performance, and account teams to bring brand and campaign ideas to life across digital channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Design high-quality, strategic digital assets across:
    • Organic and paid social media
    • Paid media creative
    • Website banners and landing pages
    • Email marketing assets
    • Website and eCommerce design
  • Translate briefs, brand strategy, and campaign objectives into clear and effective visual communication
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the purpose of different digital assets and design accordingly
  • Create and evolve digital look-and-feels for brands, ensuring consistency across platforms
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand voice, positioning, and CI guidelines
  • Design short-format motion graphics for social media
  • Design and build email layouts using platforms such as Brevo, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp
  • Work across multiple brands and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams to refine ideas and improve creative output

Required experience and skills
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a digital designer, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of digital design systems, principles, and best practices
  • Proven experience designing across a range of digital formats and platforms
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Canva
  • Experience with short-form motion graphics for social content
  • Experience designing emails using Brevo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar platforms
  • Experience with eCommerce website design (Shopify / WooCommerce), including UX and UI fundamentals
  • Practical experience using modern AI image tools to support and enhance creative work
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
