Job description
VUKA Group is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of strategic marketing initiatives across our portfolios. This role is central to elevating our brand, reaching the right audiences, and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Craft strategic marketing plans aligned with organisational goals and audience needs.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Market Research & Analysis: Study market trends, competitor behaviour, and customer insights to guide decision-making.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective spend and strong ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team to drive collaboration and growth.
- Content Strategy: Oversee high-quality content creation, distribution, and optimisation for audience engagement.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Drive online visibility and lead generation through SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, design, and external partners to align strategies and goals.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure the impact of marketing initiatives and provide insightful reports to inform continuous improvement.

- Experience within events, media, or B2B marketing (advantageous)
- Relevant Marketing, Communication or Events Diploma or Degree
- Residing in Cape Town
