We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is organised, proactive, and commercially minded. This role supports the sales and growth function by ensuring leads are tracked, proposals are prepared accurately, and follow-ups are executed consistently.
This is a support role with direct exposure to sales strategy, client acquisition, and revenue growth, suited to someone who wants to build a career in sales, business development, or account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with lead tracking, CRM updates, and pipeline management
Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
Manage follow-ups, meeting confirmations, and client communications
Conduct basic research on prospects and industries
Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
Ensure sales processes are followed and deadlines are met
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with targets, data, and reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
Exposure to agency, media, or professional services sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Basic understanding of digital marketing or advertising services

Leads and opportunities are accurately tracked and followed up
Proposals go out on time and with minimal errors
Sales conversations are supported with relevant information
