We are looking for a Senior Designer / Junior Art Director who can think conceptually, design with precision, and deliver work that performs in the real world. This role sits at the intersection of craft, idea, and execution.
You will be expected to take ownership of visual outputs from brief to final delivery, contribute meaningfully to creative thinking, and uphold a high standard of design quality across multiple brands.
This is a delivery-driven role. Strong ideas matter, but execution and attention to detail matter more.
Key Responsibilities
Translate creative briefs into clear, compelling visual solutions
Develop layouts, key visuals, and content across digital, social, and campaign work
Support creative concepts alongside copywriters and strategists
Ensure all work is accurate, polished, and on brand before submission
Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
Take increasing ownership of creative direction as confidence and performance grow
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years’ experience as a strong Midweight ready for AD responsibility
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and clean execution
High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Solid understanding of digital-first design and social formats
Excellent attention to detail and self-QA discipline
Ability to work independently and take accountability for output
Nice to Have
Art direction exposure or leadership on shoots/campaigns
Motion, video, or AI-assisted design experience
Experience in FMCG, lifestyle, B2B or fast-paced agency environments
