Job description
We’re searching for an energetic Corporate Employee Benefits Specialist with solid sales background in long- or short-term insurance.
As an experienced salesperson, you’ll be engaging face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers at mid-sized to large organizations. You’ll be at the forefront of our mission to provide innovative employee insurance solutions. Being proficient in English and Afrikaans is a must.
Your primary focus will be to drive sales of our Simply Staff Cover product. Your duties will include:
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via your own networks and online platforms
- Marketing Simply products to both your own leads and those generated by our marketing team
- Delivering compelling sales presentations that engage business owners and decision-makers
- Building lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals
- Focus on closing high-value deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction to improve the customer value proposition
- Stay adaptable as responsibilities evolve with the company’s growth
Experience and qualifications- Undergraduate degree
- RE5
- Minimum 2-year insurance sales experience
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Face-to-face and B2B selling experience is advantageous
- Good fluency in English and Afrikaans
Sales and tech skills- Ability to create and deliver engaging, visually appealing sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn for networking and sales
- Skilled in sourcing leads independently and leveraging various channels to build a robust pipeline
