Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you are responsible for managing your client projects from the initial brief to final execution. You are expected to build strong relationships with your team to ensure high-quality delivery on deadlines and deliverables, led by prompt and consistent communication. Key Duties include: • Own client relationships day to day, acting as the main point of contact and making sure communication is clear, proactive, and on brand • Manage projects from brief to delivery, translating client needs into clear briefs, timelines, and priorities for the creative and production teams • Keep work moving smoothly by tracking deadlines, approvals, and feedback, and stepping in early when something might derail timing, quality, or scope • Protect both the client and the agency by managing expectations, flagging scope creep, and ensuring work is delivered at the right quality, on time, and within budget Requirements: • A marketing degree or equivalent qualification would be ideal but is not essential • Experience in client service in an advertising agency environment • Strong grasp of social media and digital • Excellent PowerPoint skills • Professional in conduct, results-driven and analytical • The ability to think creatively and quickly • The ability to manage time effectively and efficiently • High level of attention to detail • Demonstrate good English skills (good business writing skills included) • Demonstrate proactive thinking skills and ability to make decisions • Ability to build relationships and customer service orientated • Strong administrative and organisational skills • Performs well as part of a team and is good at motivating teamwork • Well-presented • The ability to work well under pressure Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role and will not accommodate remote or hybrid requests.
