About the role: We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Junior Key Account Manager to nurture and grow our business relationships. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
- Achieving monthly regional sales budget by key account.
- Managing 3rd party sales and merchandising agencies through monthly meetings and reporting thereof
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Good communication skills
