Who are we looking for:
A Manufacturing Manager who leads and drives manufacturing excellence initiatives across the plant to improve productivity, quality, safety and cost efficiency. Responsible for implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) to achieve world-class manufacturing standards in detergent, soap and plastics production.

What do you need:
Qualifications and experience education:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Production Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience:
- 8–15 years in manufacturing (preferably detergents, soaps, plastics, or FMCG industry)
- Proven track record in leading continuous improvement projects
- Certified in Lean / Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred)
- Familiar with TPM, 5S, and related methodologies
Skills and competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., spray drying, mixing, extrusion, moulding)
