Job descriptionRequirements:- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- A proven track record in B2B or SME-targeted marketing (fintech, banking, or SME lending experience is a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of digital performance marketing, content strategy, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud, AI, Netcore Cloud), and marketing automation
- Strong analytical ability with confidence in working with data dashboards
- Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional projects
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action; thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy in line with business objectives
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
- Translate business priorities into clear marketing goals, KPIs, and tactical plans
- Manage (with agency) paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, email automation, and conversion funnels
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align lead generation campaigns and messaging across the buyer journey
- Optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, analytics, and CRM data insights
- Oversee the development of creative content for social media, digital platforms, email, and thought leadership
- Manage external agencies, designers, and freelancers to produce on-brand, high-quality deliverables
- Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and funnel metrics
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, prioritising high-impact activities and reporting on spend vs. results
