Key responsibilities
Campaign and client delivery support
Write and refine outbound email scripts.
Upload, test, and QA campaigns using tools such as Smartlead.
Work closely with the GTM Engineer to launch campaigns quickly and accurately.
Use AI-powered tools to personalise messaging and automate repetitive tasks.
Play a key role at the intersection of marketing, campaign execution, and operations.
Marketing support
Collaborate with the CEO on marketing assets such as LinkedIn posts, case studies, guides, webinars, and email campaigns.
Maintain and evolve brand materials, including the website, outbound playbooks, and educational resources.
Keep the brand fresh, relevant, and visible across multiple channels.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and suggest smarter, faster ways of working.
Operations and internal success
Follow and refine internal SOPs to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Support the head of operations in keeping everything running behind the scenes.
Act as the glue that keeps client campaigns on track and meetings flowing.
Bring energy, initiative, and practical solutions when priorities shift.

A recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
Strong writing skills with an interest in B2B, digital marketing, or outbound sales.
Highly organised, self-directed, and motivated—acting like the CEO of their own role.
