Head office functions - Support finance, HR coordination, and admin functions in collaboration with the Owner. - Maintain alignment between store activities and broader company goals. - Champion internal communication and help translate strategy into action. 5. Marketing and visual merchandising - Oversee promotional content creation for in-store screens, social media, and the website. - Coordinate product photography and photoshoots with the Content Coordinator. - Ensure store visuals are aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions. 6. Requirements- 5+ years in a senior retail or multi-branch management role, preferably in a consumer product, fashion, or beauty-related industry.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams. - Experience managing both front-of-house (retail) and back-of-house (warehouse/manufacturing) operations. - Able to adapt quickly, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and operational tools. - A valid driver s license and flexibility to travel when required. - You re hands-on, decisive, and calm under pressure. - You love systems, but you re also not afraid to roll up your sleeves. - You re commercially-minded, people-driven, and always thinking one step ahead.
