Managing achievement of sales target
  • Source and develop new business to meet targets.
  • Maintain existing clients
  • Growing of existing clients
Managing the renewals/new business
  • Follow up on a daily basis what the prospective new clients would be.
Managing key accounts
  • Monitor client year on year spend to evaluate client activities with Direct Response Media on a monthly basis.
  • Carry out client marketing analysis and provide feedback to the client in order to maintain dialogue and relations with the client on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct formal account reviews to agree set rates for different formats.
  • Negotiate new/increases on rates for Key accounts at renewal period
Managing representatives performance
  • Ensuring adherence to procedures, policies and systems
Administration
  • Report to sales manager on weekly/monthly performance.
  • Bi-weekly sales forecasting / Reports
