Job Title: PPC Specialist (Jnr)

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior PPC Specialist to support our Search Engine Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for search engine marketing. You will set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, while using AI tools and automation to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support & Execution
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns based on clients’ goals and KPIs
• Keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.

Learning AI & Automation Tools
• Support in implementing basic automations and scripts under guidance.
• Implement measurement tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Automation implementation.

Reporting & Strategy Assistance
• Compile weekly/monthly performance reports. And insights
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions on campaign strategy.

Budget Monitoring
• Tracking media spend and pacing reports.
• Monitor bid strategies and flag anomalies

Success Measures
• Shows steady growth in campaign management and tool usage.
• Demonstrates improved understanding of PPC and AI-assisted marketing.
• Delivers tasks on time with attention to detail.
• Contributes to campaign performance through consistent support.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
• Google Ads and GA4 certification (advantageous, or willingness to earn within 3 months).

Skills & Experience
• Up to 1 year of Google Ads experience (internship or freelance acceptable).
• Strong interest in search engine marketing and paid media advertsing.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and GA4.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
