Key purpose of the role
To coordinate, oversee, and manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns across all platforms within the Primedia ecosystem. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to campaign objectives by facilitating collaboration between internal teams, tracking progress, and maintaining high standards of delivery across multiple touchpoints.
Key performance areas
Campaign management:
- Implement and manage sold campaigns, including coordinating project meetings, setting up and tracking campaigns in Asana, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining campaign documentation.
- Proactively manage risks and anticipate project requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder management:
- Maintain effective communication across departments and with clients, ensuring service level expectations are met.
- Understand and manage stakeholder needs while building and sustaining strong, positive relationships.
- Deliver high levels of stakeholder satisfaction that contribute to successful project outcomes and client retention.
Minimum required qualification:
- Matric
- Business administration certificate or diploma
Qualifications considered advantageous:
- Project Management training or certification
- Marketing or Media-related qualification
Minimum years of experience:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in a project management or campaign coordination role
Additional role requirements:
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Solid understanding of the media sales environment and campaign execution workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage credibly at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven track record in delivering client-centric solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
