Before training and practicing as a therapist, I worked in a corporate environment for over 20 years. I was responsible for running the International sales department, which required frequent international and domestic travel. It was a fantastic opportunity that exposed me to many different cultures and organisations. It also had its challenges, as a female executive, I had to straddle the sometimes tricky areas of attempting to balance my corporate ambitions with my home life goals.
