The South African Chefs' Association (SACA) will host the first ever Delicious Theatre, which will be the main feature within District Delicious, at this year's Johannesburg and Durban Decorex exhibitions. With its mission to promote the art and science of cookery to all South Africans, the attraction promises many interactive and hands-on gastronomic displays, as presented by members of the national culinary team. In addition, look out for a Salon Culinaire, table and plate decorating demonstrations, and much, much more. Decorex takes place from 19 - 22 March 2010 at the Durban ICC, KZN, and from 5 - 9 August at Gallagher Estate, Midrand.
