Half Day Receptionist / Office Manager

This half day position requires a mature individual between the ages of 28-45, who can start immediately!

This position is well suited to someone with effective administration skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English. 

Working hours: 8.30am to 1pm (Mon - Fri).
  • Managing online orders
  • Ensuring stock is available and replenished
  • Data capturing
  • Invoicing
  • Accepting card payments and receipting
  • Booking appointments and run the front desk
  • Reply to email queries
  • Address client queries and resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Problem solving and handling various adhoc admin duties
Salary: R6,000 - R7,000 CTC (depending on experience)
