It would be such an incredible experience if ever I was given a chance to make a house tour of these lavish homes. By looking at their pictures alone, they are already extravagant and majestic. I can't imagine visiting them and seeing their interior with my very own eyes and have a feel of the expensive furnishings.
It just would not make any sense for a buyer to gladly purchase a land area bigger than what they are actually looking for. A house with an extended land area externally would come in a package and if there isn't any need for that extra space, a buyer would most likely see it as redundant. This is when the entire house could be rejected just because of the land area outside of the house itself.
Considering that I've been thinking about expanding my self storage business, perhaps this could be a very interesting consideration. I don't think I would be very enthusiastic about moving overseas with my fledgling company just yet, but who knows! Maybe they have a huge demand for self storage in Dubai...
I'm sure that commuting might seem like an absolute waste of time, but I find that riding with my self storage units to my customers' houses gives me an opportunity to think about how I can ask my customers for feedback. I have some of my greatest ideas when I'm sitting at the back of the truck and talking to my employees too!
More companies are coming forward to join in the bandwagon to be green and contribute towards environmentally-friendly efforts. Businesses are utilizing energy storage techniques to show their support and to save on utilities as they progress along. Wind and solar are several of the more popular options and they have so far proven to be effective which encourage even more participation. In time, these energy alternatives will gain even more popularity and support green efforts all the way.
There are various industrial properties within the commercial market including self storage, factories and warehouses among others. The situation will not remain the same even for a short span of time. It all depends on the demand of the market and what is high on request at that very moment in time. Different market sectors call for different commercial properties and the industry needs to be ready to cater to all of these varying needs.
The tech sector truly moves too fast for people to keep up these days. It's hard enough trying to follow up with some of the existing stuff before a newer version comes along and you're being forced to upgrade to it! Running my self storage business is a great example of this - we have to constantly ensure that we are up to date in our security and surveillance to ensure our customers feel comfortable and secure putting their things in storage with us!
Congratulations to the company. I'm sure that a lot of people are very excited about some of the designs that they have in storage now that they've won a few awards! Haha! But honestly, I think that people are always interested to find out why and how effective such award-winning designs can be, so hopefully this furniture will be made accessible for people to form their own opinion!
This was very insightful to read as a new self storage business owner myself. It seems like there are a lot of trends that we need to look at in order to make your company more effective or current in the current economic landscape huh! I'll definitely be considering some of these solutions in the future!
Interesting article, it is very much in line with what Saldanha Bay Municipality (SBM) is doing. We have done several projects in the line of broadband delivery and breaching the digital divide, but we have very quickly realized that the biggest problem is the lack of proper infrastructure and the cost of delivering the service to all the LSM spectrum. I am proud to say that I work for a municipality where we have seen the challenges and realise that it is within our capacity to contribute, therefor we recently launched our Fibre as a fifth utility services. I will post the press release below, but what it boils down to is we will build the fibre network and provide it as an open access network to all services providers that want to offer services in our area. Together with this it gives SBM many value added service opportunities to allow us to become a true smart city, town and community. I will ask Bizcommunity if they will publish our press release as well.
