New rules specify that a winner of the Legend category can only win once. The winner of the award will have demonstrated, over the years, knowledge of the media landscape, client brands and market landscape, exemplary communication skills, professionalism, ability to empower, plus involvement, dedication, and commitment to improve the industry constantly.
