We have many beautiful golf courses in South Africa, and golf tourism should not be overlooked as a source of increasing foreign tourism revenue.
"EISS offers a hospitality management degree for students looking towards a career in the tourism industry, so it is in our interests to sponsor events that aim to increase tourism and thereby provide more opportunities for our graduates. Our graduates are being offered jobs before they are even finished their degrees, such is the demand for professional hospitality managers in this country," she adds.
