NAD confirms that 112,000m2 of rights have been approved by the council, of which approximately 31,000m2 will be utilised to develop the first phase of the mall. Anchor tenants secured include Shoprite, Ackermans, Pep Cell, John Craig, Pep, Pep Home, Edgars, Jet, Legit and KFC.

Not only will this mall be located in a prime position but will also be serving a community hungry for a quality shopping experience. At the moment the consumers in Moruleng and surrounds have no shopping mall of this magnitude close by," comments Corne Claassen, MD of NAD.
NAD is the property developer of Jubilee Mall in Hammanskraal and recently secured the business rights for Sosh Mall in Soshanguve.
