Super Group fully-underwritten rights offer goes ahead

Transport and logistics group Super Group said its fully-underwritten renounceable rights offer of R900 million was "unconditional" and ready to be implemented.

In terms of the offer, Super Group will offer a total of 35 million rights offer shares at a price of R25.70 each, in the ratio of 11.70057 rights offer shares for every 100 existing shares held on the record date for the rights offer, being September 25.

"Shareholders are advised that the rights offer is unconditional and accordingly the Rights Offer may now be implemented," Super Group said in a statement.

Shareholders may commence trading the rights offer shares on October 5, it said.
