The two-day affair will launch on the evening of Friday 13 February 2015 with The American Express Cape Wine Auction 'Barrel Tasting & Preview', hosted at The Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden in Stellenbosch.
The lunchtime auction event, takes place on Saturday 14 February 2015 at Boschendal Estate. Hand-selected South African wines, poured from large format bottles and served in Riedel glassware, will accompany a feast, prepared by Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef, Peter Tempelhoff and Christiaan Campbell, Executive Chef at Boschendal Estate.
AfrAsia Bank is the auction's headline sponsor for the second consecutive year. The auction's Honorary Chairs for 2015 are John and Erica Platter. Strauss & Co fine art auctioneer, Iain Banner, will oversee all auction proceeds and Dan Nicholl will be Master of Ceremonies.
