Turner further states that the two companies operate in identical markets and in some cases represent the same client - business transformation company Capgemini being one of them.
The partnership also provides for the training and development of personnel through a staff exchange programme. The deal is effective immediately and will see the first batch of staff exchange taking place in August this year.
