Whether you are new to the world of freelancing or a hardened professional with years of client management under your belt, every now and then you'll get thwacked with a brief or a client that gets completely out of hand. Everyone will tell you that everything has to be agreed upfront and written into a contract, but how do you account for every eventuality?
Georgina has formulated a list of questions to clarify the brief, the process and the delivery. You can't patch every chink in your freelancing armour, but you can make a good attempt.
